Andre brings a uniquely balanced perspective that merges creative mastery with strategic business leadership. He graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University’s Huizenga School of Business & Entrepreneurship, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. This academic foundation informs his business-savvy mindset, paired with a deep understanding of refined luxury hospitality—allowing him to approach every engagement with both creative vision and operational precision.

Andre’s journey began as a dedicated musician for over a decade, where he honed his craft as a Lead Soprano (Trumpet Player), developing the discipline, artistry, and performance excellence that continue to define his leadership style today. He further distinguished himself by performing at the highest level of Drum & Bugle Corps for five consecutive years—three years with the Boston Crusaders and two years with the world-renowned Blue Devils (2003–2007).

In 2007, Andre marched with the Blue Devils during their World Championship season, setting the benchmark for excellence, teamwork, and performance mastery. That same year, he toured Japan with the Blue Devils and traveled to over 41 states across the U.S., experiences that shaped his global perspective on artistry, precision, and audience engagement—principles now embedded into every project he leads.
